Front Desk Associate

Full-time

The first and last impression every client has of Kosher Spa. You manage walk-ins, confirm app bookings, handle payments, and make people feel genuinely welcome.

What you will do

  • Greet and check in clients — in person and via the app
  • Manage the daily booking schedule and staff assignments
  • Handle payments and receipts through the Kosher Spa system
  • Answer client questions about services and pricing
  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth session flow
  • Keep the reception area immaculate and on-brand

What we are looking for

  • Warm, professional communication — in person and via WhatsApp
  • Organised and calm under pressure
  • Basic smartphone proficiency — you will use our app daily
  • Prior customer-facing experience preferred but not required
  • Port Harcourt-based, available for flexible hours

Spa Therapist

Full-time / Part-time

Deliver premium massage and body treatments to a growing clientele who expect a standard that matches what they see on the app — clean, professional, and personalised.

What you will do

  • Perform Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages
  • Review client health profiles before each session and adapt accordingly
  • Maintain treatment rooms — setup, cleanliness, and restocking
  • Complete session notes and flag any health concerns to management
  • Recommend appropriate packages and follow-up treatments
  • Represent Kosher Spa standards in every interaction

What we are looking for

  • Certified massage therapist or equivalent training
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of body mechanics and contraindications
  • Available for a service-based schedule including weekends
  • Reliable, punctual, and genuinely passionate about wellness

Nail Technician

Full-time / Commission

Gel, acrylics, pedicures, nail art — you bring precision and creativity to every client. Bookings come through the app so your schedule is organised and your time is respected.

What you will do

  • Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and acrylic sets
  • Advise clients on nail health and maintenance between appointments
  • Keep your station hygienic and fully stocked at all times
  • Stay current with nail trends relevant to Port Harcourt clients
  • Manage appointment timing — sessions must run on schedule
  • Upsell appropriate add-ons such as cuticle care and nail art

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrable nail technician skills — portfolio required
  • Experience with gel systems (BIAB, SNS, builder gel preferred)
  • Clean, precise, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What you will do

  • Lash lifts and tints
  • Microblading and brow mapping
  • Pre-treatment consultations including health profile review
  • Aftercare guidance and follow-up booking recommendations
  • Maintain a sterile workstation that meets professional standards

What we are looking for

  • Certified in microblading — certificate required at interview
  • Lash extension portfolio with before and after examples
  • Minimum 2 years experience in semi-permanent treatments
  • Steady hands, excellent eye for symmetry and detail
  • Strong client communication — managing expectations is part of the job
